A benign, unilocular or multilocular cyst that arises from the head and neck, usually the oral cavity, parotid gland, angle of mandible, and lateral neck. it is lined by epithelial cells and has a dense lymphoid stroma. it has been described in immunocompetent individuals and hiv-positive patients.
